Patients will be quoted based on the treatment and factors specific to each patient’s concern, including size, color, and location. Is the cosmetic consultation fee refundable?

The cosmetic consultation fee is non-refundable. The cosmetic consultation appointment is devoted to making a medically-informed evaluation and formulating the customized treatment options for your needs. Starting January 2022, the cost of the cosmetic consultation fee will be $200.

Is the payment for cosmetic services refundable?

The payment for cosmetic services is for services rendered, not for results, and are therefore non-refundable. Our standard of care and service is to provide the highest quality of services. However, we can not guarantee the outcome of services rendered, given the multitude of factors that play a role in the response of each individual patient to treatment. No two individual patients are alike and results vary. During the cosmetic consultation, potential risk-factors are discussed in order to ensure that patients are fully-informed prior to receiving treatment.
